    We typically look for solicitors with 5+ years PQE who have an established client following or the ability to generate their own work. We welcome applications from all practice areas.

    You keep up to 85% of your billings. Our share covers comprehensive back-office and compliance support including PI insurance up to £9m, accounts, admin, and access to our bespoke case management system. There are no hidden charges or additional fees.

    Yes, you operate as a self-employed consultant under the 360 Law Services SRA-regulated umbrella. You control your own hours, caseload, and fee scales while we provide the regulatory framework and support infrastructure.

    As a full-service firm, we generate our own leads and distribute them across the team. We also operate a global practice, 360 Business Law, which provides referral work from its corporate client base and their employees to 360 Law Services lawyers. We have a strong culture of cross-referral within 360 Law Services. Our model is best suited to lawyers who bring an existing client following or have strong business development capability. Alongside this, we provide dedicated marketing and business development support to help you grow your practice.

    You’ll have access to our proprietary, cloud-based case management system with pre-built workflows for each matter type and integrations with leading third-party systems. Our entire infrastructure is Cyber Essentials Plus certified, enabling secure remote work from day one.

    We don’t impose rigid billing targets. However, we do need to ensure the arrangement is commercially viable for both parties. We’ll discuss expectations openly during your confidential call.
